Pony Club HQ has changed the membership year to 28th February, therefore our Annual Presentation and Membership evening on 28th November has been postponed. We hope this will help with your cash flow over the festive period and will be in touch with a new date as soon as this is agreed.

Syston Team Showjumping - West Wilts Equestrian Centre -Sunday 30th November
This is a team event only. There are classes from 1'9 up to 3'0. You will see we can only enter whole teams of 3 or 4, at a cost of £44 per team. For this reason I would ask if you are interested to please email me (with details of which class(es)), and I will advise when teams are full. I think the fairest thing to do is take entries on a first come first served basis, as we are only allowed to enter 2 teams per class so a maximum of 8 children.
If we end up with teams of 4 the cost will be £11 per entry, if only 3 per team the cost per entry will increase, so please don't send cheques to me yet as we will need to co-ordinate payments. The closing date is 16th November, and I need to organise for Banwell to make payment once we have had cheques in. I understand this is a popular event so would appreciate it if you can register your interest to me by Sunday 2nd November at the latest, to allow time for me to get cheques and entries to them. If teams are full before this time I will send out an email advising this.
Polden Hills Pony Club Team Show Jumping Competition For Pony Club & School Teams
First Aid Course - 30th October, 2014
An opportunity to gain some valuable first aid knowledge....following the success and demand of our recent First Aid Course we have decided to run another day course for members to attend.
To all our grassroot and 12 years and under members. We are holding a show for you guys. There will be mini show jumping, dressage and an xmas fancy dress parade. It will be on Sunday 14th December and held ‘Indoors” at the RDA in Bristol.
There will be rosettes to 6th place, medals, sashes and special prizes awarded in every class with the emphasis on lots of fun with a truly Christmas feel. For further info call Emma Walker 07747 600668 0r Sarah Lyon 07760 118828.
All competitions open to Teams of 3 or 4 and Individuals. Please note that entries will not be accepted without cheques - very important - please make cheques payable to the host pony club - (as stated in the individual schedule). For all competitions please provide the riders name and age at 1st January 2014 along with the ponies name and height (on the back of the cheque). Please ensure that these reach Sarah by the individual deadlines provided and attach a note stating which event it is for and which classes you are entering.
Also just a reminder that you will need horse and rider combination to have attained 3 rallies senior camp classes as 1 rally .
we have lots of rallies coming up so please book in and don't leave it until the last minute.

Cancellation policy, 2013 Due to the number of requests to cancel or change a booking we have been left with no alternative and have withrawn the 48 hr cancellation policy. If the Rally Co-ordinator cannot fill your place you will be charged in full regardless of whether you attend.
